Armor & Axles Return Policy
At Armor & Axles, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
Custom, personalized, or print-on-demand items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Non-Returnable Items
Sale or clearance items.
Gift cards.
Custom or personalized orders.
Initiating a Return
1. Contact our customer service team at contact@armorandaxles.com with your order number and reason for the return.
2. Once approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original method of payment.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items of the same value if stock is available. Contact customer service to arrange an exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.
